I know that I am retarded but I really cannnot seem to figure out how to make my blog a little better looking. I kind of tried but I am just lazy and need someone to tell me how to get a better layout and background. If you have any suggestions I would really like them so everyone does not have to look at our ugly blog anymore. Thanks a billion

One site I use for free layouts is Pyzam.com or cutestblogontheblock.com They both have cute layouts! Try it out.
