Me and clint decided to take the day off and go snowboarding. It was beautiful and we had a blast. The weather was so good that I didnt even need a jacket. Here are some of our pictures I took

Rolls anyone

Well I finally decided to master the art of rolls or breadmaking as some people call it. I had never really known the science behind roll making. There are chemical reactions and temperature modifications throughout the entire process. Anyways I had recieved a kitchen aid for christmas this year but I have not been able to use it because it has been packed away. I finally found it and decided to make my mom's famous rolls. Let me just tell you one thing, I DID IT and they tasted exactly like my mom's. The only bad part is that there are some people who know that I can make them and I have a feeling they are going to be asking for them a lot. Oh well you can just call me Betty Fink!

Me and clint in the car being very bored as usual. I still really havnt got over taji's death yet. I think about him all of the time and I think about how I maybe could have prevented his death. I have been trying to keep myself preoccupied with things but it is not helping at all. I think that time is going to be the best medicine for my problem.

Taji will be missed

Well If you havnt already heard that our beloved chihuahua has passed away. It was very tramatic and very sad. I decided to write about it because I am trying to get over the situation. It all started about 6 days ago when me and Clint were sleeping and heard Taji jump off of our very high bed. This was really wierd for him becuase he never has ever jumped off of our bed. He apparently had to go to the bathroom really really bad. So over the next couple of days he was just not acting like himself. He started eating a lot and drinking a ton of water. I really thought it was weird but he wasnt acting like he was sick. We went to Utah for clint's dad's birthday on Sunday and Taji was breathing really hard and really fast. Most dogs repirations are usually between 30 and 40 breaths a minute and Taji's were about 80- 90. There were no vets open that would not cost a bizillion dollars so we waited till the morning and took him in at 7 a.m. when they opened. They ran some blood work and took some x-rays and told us he was fine and sent him home. That night he was not fine as he would fight for every breath he took and he was walking weird and panting while he was breathing. His pupils were fixed and would were nonreactive to light and his nuerological status was really poor. We then decided to take him back in that next morning and they immediatly put him on oxygen and gave him pain medications. We still had no idea what was the matter and he was getting worse by the minute. The vet wanted to listen to his heart but his respirations were too deep to hear it. They decided to sedate him and after the sedatitive was administered he experienced a seizure. The vet then administered Valium to stop the seizure and that is when he stopped breathing. They called me and told me that they were performing cpr on him and I had told them to continue until I got there. At 11:05 Taji had passed away and we are still wondering what it might have been from. I think He may have hit his head on the fall from our bed and suffered a hemmorhagic stroke. There really was no way to find out. We took his little body home and decided to bury him at our house so we could go visit it frequenlty. We had a little ceramony with me clint and cash. I know that he was just a dog but he was our first child. Clint got him for me 6 years ago for Valentines day and I enjoyed every minute I had with him. Thanks for listening to me ramble. We will miss him dearly

Its the month of Love

Well I guess that it is February now and I take my test in 10 days and still freaking out. Other than that me and Clint have had fun in vegas so far. We live approximatly 1 block from the nearest target, wal-mart, jamba juice (love that place), Outback steakhouse, APPLEBEES, and Ross dress for less. So if I need anything I just walk( yeah right I would never walk even if it is that close). So we are really enjoying the convience of the location of our house. Clints sisters came to vegas from Cedar to visit for superbowl and we had fun that weekend. Here is a little bit of what we did. We went to a getto ice skating ring and decided that we were the only white people there and left, then went to olive garden, then to the stratosophere to ride some rides. Me and clint almost lost our lives on this outrageous teetertotter on top of the stratosphere. The thing is held on by a magnet, yes a magnet what the crap were we thinking. I really wasnt scared till we actully were waiting in line on the stratosphere and the wind was blowing like a mad dog then I really got scared. I finally had decided that it was the scariest ride I have been on and I really dont get scared of rides that often and I have been on a lot of rides. Anyways we watched the superbowl in DVR and skipped the game and went straight to the commercials which by the way were not very impressive. On thursday clint and I traveled back to our little hometown of cedar to go snowboarding. I couldnt walk the next day but we had a blast. The highlight of the trip was when me and clint decided to go on the off trails and got stuck in the snow with our feet sticking striaght up and our heads in the 5 feet of snow. It was so funny we just sat there for a good 10 minutes laughing and resting in our snow couch. Well I think I'm rambling now so I will stop but I will keep you all posted of our exciting life.
